Hi-Tech RF & Microwave Solutions is a company which is established in 1989 and is internationally active in the RF and Microwave market. Hi-Tech’s major business is in the field of semiconductor test and measurement equipment and software sales. Together with our test and measurement equipment partners AMCAD and Maury Microwave, we provide installation and training of this equipment and also support international customers and advising them on how to optimise their measurement benches and measurements.

Whom are we looking for?

To strengthen our team we are looking for a person who has technical knowledge of microwave theory, besides that it should be someone who can provide basic hands-on demonstrations with device characterization systems to show solutions. The candidate will have the ability to discover new opportunities, or recognize market trends and assist the international resellers to successfully market the T&M solutions. Together with our international resellers/partners, our sales team and our technical experts you will play a very important role in the company’s growth ambition.

What are we asking?

You are capable of working in a small but highly efficient international team. You don’t mind to travel (typical short trips, 20 – 30% of the time) and you have positive, can-do attitude.


  • Msc. or BSEE or equivalent work experience required. 
  • Somebody who is capable of seeing the big picture 
  • Understanding of microwave network theory. 
  • Understanding of power amplifier design and Load Pull measurements for noise or power. 
  • Familiar with Semiconductor technology (GaN/LDMOS/CMOS etc) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Capable of discussion in depth technology but also capable of discussing the “business side of things” 
  • Great presentation skills 
  • A team player

Your tasks include:

  • Demos of Load Pull and Noise measurement equipment 
  • Defining roadmaps for test and measurement challenges 
  • Identify and develop new opportunities 
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer’s senior management 
  • Effectively manage expectations of the customers and build a strong relationship with stakeholders in our R&D, engineering and operations department 
  • Be responsible for the yearly Sales and Business Development Plan related to your customers
